This is one of those questions that probably has a simple answer but I haven't it easy so far.

A website I visit is giving me a message saying I need to enable Cookies. How to do that?

I don't use Chrome, but I found these instructions

Enable or disable cookies
Google Chrome

Click the Chrome menu icon Chrome menu.
Select Settings.
Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings.
Enable or disable cookies:
To enable cookies, select Allow local data to be set (recommended).
To disable cookies, select Block sites from setting any data.
Click Done to save.

Thanks Ken,

I saw that somewhere but I never did find the Chrome Menu icon.

I'll try again.

The chrome menu icon is just 3 short horizontal lines one above the other. Look right below the little X that closes the browser.
