There will be a new link within ads titled "view offer" which takes you straight to the offer page. This lets you promote your index page with the ad and a special promotion with the view offer button.

So when an advertiser uses this, does the advertiser pay for the ad click, give something away at around 50% off and pay Google another 25% off the retail price?
