It's still a multicolored blob in the US-- for both Advanced and plain search-- but I do remember seeing the blue one ... :: explore, explore :: Ah, right. It's a blue "g" in GWT. :: further detour to Deal With imaginary URL that g'bot looked for a few days ago, so I've been waiting for it to show up in gwt :: :: and still further detour to investigate new flurry of-- I assume-- garbage links pushing up the numbers again ::

Oh, didn't think of that. blue g in Safari and firefox blob in chrome and opera-- but blue g for google.ca in both blue g in randomly selected other country in Camino I think it's about caching. If you go to some google you haven't been to recently, or in a browser you don't normally use, you get the blue g.
