The BBB report chides Google because "more than one complaint is unresolved meaning the company failed to properly address the complaint allegations or their response was inadequate." (49 were unaddressed in the last 36 months.) Considering how Google handles major outage issues [ webmasterworld.com] with their products, it came as no surprise that the BBB has given Google a C- [ sanjose.bbb.org] for lack of handling consumer complaints.
