I would like to offer gmail to subscribers of our forum here in Wales with a Welsh language interface. We have 3,000+ members, and they are all looking for a webmail application with a Welsh language interface. There isn't one available at the moment.
I could arrange that proffesional translators translate gmail into Welsh for free so that it could be provided to people in Wales. There are 600,000 Welsh speakers in Wales and 1,000,000+ worldwide.
It is possible to translate various aspects of Google in to Welsh, and it has already been done, but what about gmail?
Please advise, as I would like to incorporate this service as a part of our website/forum.

Since posting this message, I have managed to get hold of the person who has been translating Google products into Welsh. I have been told that Gmail has already been translated into Welsh, and they have translated ALL updates (1st translation was done nearly 2 years ago!)
For some reason it is still not available on Google. He says the same is true for tens of other languages. He says that Google have more or less given up on all of the translators, and never respond to any messages from the translators anymore which is very sad!
I've emailed Google a few times asking about this issue, but have never received a reply. Anyone working for Google reading this? Could you please find out why Google is not releasing these translations for public use?
