Bit of a continuation on :
[webmasterworld.com...]

I have recently implemented RSS for some forums, which before had been PR0 (the rest of the site they inhabit rank 3-4) Within a couple of days of posting the RSS link on the footer across the whole site, the PR for the pages referenced by the RSS feed suddenly jumped up a notch or two (1-2 from 0).

YMMV - could be fluke of course, but just looks like too much of a co-incidence to me :)

Which would lead me to suggest that implementing RSS for your site, makes Google consider your site more authoritive?

Anybody else tried anything similar?
