Does Pinging Effect Traffic?
How much traffic do you get if your RSS is pinged.

If engines such as Technorati, Weblogs and Blo.gs and pings.ws ping your each new published page, how much traffic increase do you get?

Do you mean how many additional hits from the spiders? Or how many additional visitors you're likely to get?

Spiders: not a whole lot.

Visitors: it depends. As with any search engine, Technorati and the others send you traffic based on the number of searches that match your site. But in addition to relevancy, they also tend to weight heavily toward the most recent posts on a topic.
