Makes for awful reading

Not sure where to post this, not even sure if its a Google problem or Firefox ..

One of my news favorites is Google's RSS dropdown so I can browse headlines.
Another is the same thing from BBC.

In BBC RSS everything is fine.
In Google RSS, dropdown is OK but ALL apostrophes ( ' ) are converted to code: &#39
followed by a semicolon.
I didn't say ' for fear THIS forum would turn it back into an apostrophe.

Ditto for single quotes ' (as opposed to " quotation marks.)

Either Google News needs a heads up, or else Firefox does, maybe both.
Any way to pass this along to them? -Larry
