Web based news aggregators and feed exporting

Currently I don't use any web based news aggregators. I just subscribe to feeds in Thunderbird. I keep everything organized into folders and subjects. Sometimes I am on the go and don't have my computer with me, but have access to someone's else's computer.

Is there a web based news aggregators that can organize feeds into folders and then export them, lets say, OPML, and then I'd be able to pick it up with Thunderbird (with all the folders and all) when I am at home, and read it through web based interface when I am on the go?

Why not just add them to your google homepage?

Try bloglines - you can organise into folders and there are opml import/export options.
