You have a website publishing one new piece of content everyday. The article heading and a quick summary is added to your sites RSS feed.

How many headings should be published in your feed?

For example, if today is the first day your publish the RSS feed after 50 days there will have 50 headings in the xml file. Is this too many? Should it be around 25, should it be 10, what about 100?

I know there's not really one correct answer but how are other handling this?

I would say 5-10 is the right number. Although to a news aggregator, it doesn't make a difference.
