Hi,

I have been reading all over the internet about rss but I must be a somewhat stupid webmaster cause I dont get it :D.

If I want to pubhlish my own news on a rss feed must I add the <pubdate> <author> etc tags on my own or are there free programs out there that does the coding for me?

What are the encodings that can be found in some rss feeds like UTF-8 and ISO-iso-8859-1 what do they exactly do?

Regards Firecarrier
