RSS feed for a shopping deals site

Hi

I am new to RSS data feeds . I would like to add RSS feeds to my site which is updated everyday with atleast 50 products. I dont want to manually create RSS item for each product. Instead I would like to use some tools. I am using PHP for my sites.Please suggest me a good tool. Is there a free tool available?

Please suggest me a RSS feed creator which is search engine friendly too.
