| How to get RSS into my web site?

This section of webmaster world doesnt seem to be as lively as the rest but hopefully someone can help me out. I want to feed RSS content into one of my sites web pages. I've found the RSS feed that I want but I have no idea how to get this information to be displayed on my page. Any help on how to do this is much appreciated. I am running 2003 server IIS6, php, asp and mysql4.1 im any of this makes a difference on how to do it.
