Howie, try [rssreader.com...] - they have feeds in all the languages you ask for. Mostly newspapers. I will put any other feeds on this thread as I come across them.

Howie, Here [rss-verzeichnis.de] is a directory of German Language business RSS feeds. Have a ball!

Syndic8 is a large directory of RSS feeds that is searchable by language. Use the form at the bottom of [syndic8.com ].
