| Trouble Getting Indexed in MSN Search What is the best way to get a large site indexed in MSN |

msg:1533616 | 11:56 pm on Jan 20, 2006 (gmt 0) | I have a couple of sites with over 100,000 pages, both of which are well indexed on Google. But MSN has stopped at just a few thousand pages for both sites. Both sites have been live for over a year (one is 6 years old), and most of the pages have been indexed for at least 9 months. But for whatever reason, MSN just won't go any farther. These are both profesional sites, full of rich content (no spam) and each of the pages are unique. I do use dynamic pages, but that hasn't stopped MSN from indexing a few thousand of them. So I don't think it's related to the dynamic pages, all of which are very simple and consistent (e.g. page.asp?param=12345). Has any one else had problems getting large sites indexed in MSN? Any suggestions on what to do? Or is MSN just that bad?

msg:1533618 | 3:50 pm on Feb 6, 2006 (gmt 0) | I'm just curious if you know of any reason why they do not index entire sites? Using the site:www.domain.com function for MSN search, I realize that a large precentage of my site is not indexed, but am having trouble finding documentation that provides insight on this. Also, my site has a multiple language feature, which I have also noticed has a definitive effect on the results for my site lookup. For instance, when I type in site:www.domain.com in MSN, the majority of the pages that it shows are for non-english speaking results (especially as I move deeper into the results). Any thoughts or ideas on this? Or has anyone seen similar issues? Thanks ahead.
