Not the first time. The Reuters piece has a bit at the end mentioning that MSN hired away Paul Ryan, CTO of Overture, who will presumably build an Overture style PPC. Discussed over here (and also in the backroom) [webmasterworld.com ] MSN isn't really splitting in two, so much as having two divisions to focus on different parts of the business.
