Memory leak with Apache 2.0.45 on w2k

 12:37 pm on May 26, 2003 (gmt 0)

I have apache 2.0.45 server, running on w2k pro, service pack 3.
Apache seems to eat memory, with a speed of a couple of mb per day.
I have the latest PHP 4 build installed on it, to be able to have phpBB on my site. Could that be the problem?

Hello, and welcome to WW. We have a similar setup locally, just for testing, and what you're describing would make sense - certainly the box likes being rebooted regularly.

So there's nothing really to do about it except rebooting it twice a week or something?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm going away in a couple of weeks on holiday and stuff. And that means I won't have access to the server for a month or so..
