Hi,

I'm looking for a tool that will show me what apache2 is currently doing in realtime. Something like how many active connections, ips, realtime statistics and so on.

Does something like this exist?

Btw.: OS is Linux.

Thanks!

I'm also looking for something similar.

There are a couple of commands that are very useful:

top
ps ax

and there are a lot more. Don't know your tech background, but chances are that you will need somebody to explain what's shown there. I'm in the same boat.

It would be great if these commands had a graphical interface to be checked with a browser.

If anybody here knows of such a tool, or a detailed explanation of TOP command, it will of a great help.

Thanks in advance

See the mod_status documentation [httpd.apache.org], that's almost what you're looking for
