Hiermenus and Popup Window conflict

I have a site that I've developed that uses HierMenus for the submenus of the pages. On the home page I have a popup window that uses JS and loads in the body tag

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" topmargin="0" leftmargin="0" background="/images/navbar/bg.gif" onUnload="closePopWin()" onLoad='openPopWin("http://www.midwestclinic.org/perf_popup.html", 400, 200, "", 20, 200)'>

My problem is that the popup window loads but the HierMenus don't work on the page then. To see the page, go here: <snip>

Thanks for any help.

You cannot have anything in the onload tag. You need to find another way of fulfilling this requirement. The way I have done this in the past is to add a function call in the hiermenus js file. I would put the pop up call in a function that gets called from the original function fired off in the start of the hiermenus js.

Thanks Korkus. I knew the onload was the problem. Any code samples you can refer me to on this? I'm really a novice when it comes to JS.

Unfortunately I don't I haven't used hiermenus in over a year. I bet someone else has the fix though. It is a common problem.

This weekend I found a new JS that you place in the body section of the page. I removed the onload from the body tag and everything works fine. Found the script on [javascriptkit.com...]

Thanks for your help Korkus.
