Prevent caching of JSP Page

What measures should be taken to prevent caching of the JSP Page , this Page does not return any dynamic content.
e.g login Page , login.jsp

Your server will have to return a "nocache" header for the .jsp object.
If you can afford too, you could put it behind a secure login.
You could also include some random strings in the url (probably not).
Other than that, I'm not aware of anyway you could do it.
