How many of you think that only people who are paid an hourly wage are eligible to receive overtime pay?

..and high-level computer operators are exempt from being paid overtime premiums.

Woohoo, I was someone once!

We never got OT for being on call. They did let me leave a little earlier if I came in at 3:00am.

More likely it refers to sys admins and other senior operations personnel.
