I've seen all the posts where webmasters were actually productive thru the latter part of last week. Hey, I still don't believe it. So what did you do once you discovered that you had a chunk of free time? On Saturday night, since I had nothing else to do, I put a new goatskin drumhead on my djembe, for the first time. What an interesting experience. Couldn't have done it without the internet. The skin is almost dry, and maybe tomorrow I can start tuning the drum. My only regret, I did not get new ropes. She's still gonna sound sweet around the next fire.

Oh, installed the "Reload Every" Firefox extension, set it to try WW every couple of minutes, and sat back with a snack to watch and wait! ;) (Not really - I did some yard work.)

Actually took the time to fix up the blog I've been working on putting together, adding plugins, navigation, import previous posts, etc. Been in the works for 3 months, but hadn't found the time to work on it yet. Amazing how much time I found to get stuff done the past few days.

I spent the weekend at my fiancee's place. Some minor and not-so-minor household repairs were long overdue, plumbing and electrical stuff. Her ex came over (believe it or not we're all great friends) and he needed help with his immigration papers - he's leaving the country. Then i helped him with his truck.
