I saw the news the other day that Microsoft are going to charge for Outlook access to Hotmail accounts [weboptimiser.com], though it was said that this is not going to come into effect until next year. I'm aready having difficulty getting my emails, but only as of yesterday.
Each time i try to open one i get a pop-up message saying "This message has not been fully downloaded from the server. Would you like to mark it for download?"
Was fine until yesterday - no such messages!
