Must have been one of the most exhilarating days of playoff action ever in the NFL. Steelers come back from 17 down, SF from 24 down - 2nd biggest comeback in NFL playoff history.

Just hope the Superbowl is as much of a game.

GO STEELERS!

Atlanta won big yesterday. But that seems to be their MO - win big, get the fans' hopes up, then get their butts kicked the next week.

Hey don't be so hard on the Falcons now. They are young. They look to have a couple of great seasons ahead of them thanks to Mr. Blank.

Good games all weekend. I hope next weekend is just as good.

Although they are not my team, watch out for the Jets - I would put my money on them to win the whole thing.

Unfortunately my team -- the reigning champions -- did't make it.

No kidding, this was a great football weekend! Did anyone catch the Fiesta Bowl on Friday night? I am not a fan of either team but that had to be the best football game I have ever seen, college or pro!

GO NINERS!

That was some nice defense by the Giants. Kinda rolled over and played dead :)

What have they scored - 80+ points in two games!? They definitely have the hot offense in the AFC. Might be fun to see a Jets-Falcons Superbowl, but I guess the odds are against any wildcard team going all the way.

J-E-T-S JETS, JETS, JETS! As a long suffering Jet fan, I'd say we're due.

The Saturday games were pretty lame but Sunday's games more than made up for it. The NFL is saying that there should have been off-setting penalties (Pass interference and ineligible man down field) on the last play of the Giants-49rs game so the down should have been replayed. The lineman that was interfered with had reported as an eligible receiver.

The Fiesta Bowl on Friday was a great game. I haven't seen an important game that was that good in a long time. They usually seem to be blowouts. Sick hit on McGahee as well. He is lucky he will be able to walk again.

All my teams are out now so in honor of JamesR I will have to root for whoever is playing the Raiders.

That is quite a blown call - I don't guess the Giants are taking much solace in the fact that the NFL is now saying they should have had another shot at it...

Personally, I don't think the Giants deserved to win. Having your offense score 38 points really ought to be sufficient. :p

Of course, you do realize that the only reason SF made a comeback is because I happened to be listening to the game on the radio? They have a terrible habit of beating my favorite teams, often rallying to do so!

I heard the Browns/Steelers game too. Great way to pass a 5-hour road trip.
