Its Saturday 13.23 and I am in the office working. 5 minutes ago the telephone was ringing and I answered it.

Me: Your name please, and order ref number
Client: Fxxxing Ref 14526, should have been here by 12 noon.
Me: You placed the order at 19.20 last night, your order is not due to be processed till Monday, for delivery by 12 noon on Tuesday.
Client: It says Next Fxxxing Day delivery, by 12 Noon.
Me: It also says if ordered by 2 pm, and does not apply to weekends.
Client: Fxxxing cancel it then, puts the phone down.
