Do any of you exercise regularly?
What kind of exercise - and how often do you work out?

Just out of curiosity:

1. Does any of you people ever exercise physically?

2. What kind of exercise/sport are you into?

3. How long have you been regularly exercising?

4. How often do you exercise?

5. What is your experiences so far? Do you feel better?

I myself have been going to my local gym for 20 years 4-5 days a week. I lift weights and use different machines to keep in good physical shape. This has helped me a lot in my daily life. I feel energetic and can handle stress quite well, and I think I owe it to the fact that I`m exercising.

Man... I'm not having a good day today. I was trying to work out how to delete my duplicated message until I realised it was yours :S

One of the pubs is directly across the road from my house (narrow roads here as well :)), and 2 of the other three have a Chinese and an Indian between them and my house, so I'm forced to walk :)

Hi again folks,

It`s time to refresh this thread.

Now that Christmas is over I suppose some of you (including myself) have gained a few extra pounds around the waist (hip). I have started to do some aerobic exercises in addition to my normal weightlifting routine in the gym to get rid of the extras kilos.

What about the rest of you. Any suggestions how to attac the "Christmas weight"?

I use to be sooo active before I started my working life....BMX everyday - kickboxing 4 times a week and soccer once a week - fit as a fiddle.

Now I exercise my fingers and walk the dog on a daily basis.

Have been thinking about exercise though recently - the gym sucks and is to robotic / monotonous for my liking.

"might" start jogging and skipping, coupled with sit ups, pressups, pull ups, burpees and stretching - should quell the christmas swell....and make me strong for 2003.

You know, I thought about starting a new program this year. I used to just move from the computer desk to the TV. But not this year. I just moved the TV to the desk, and now I just have to move my head back and forth.
