well, since i lost 2 gizmos that i found last week (i jstcant find them on my disk?!), i had to find one new today quickly.it should be pretty easy one so i will have additional question.

I want to know what is this and WHO made it(person or company).

It's one of the original Norden bombsights? Carl L. Norden invented it and worked for Sperry Gyroscope Company.

before i answer: do i have to answer on all questions? are those rules?

lawman: I am not familiar with this gizmo in details , but those are "botles"(there is soemthing in them) but i would say no electrolytes.

you don't have to answer every question if you don't want to.

does it have anything to do with a fellow by the name of O'Riely?

I know of know such rule, but I defer to our exalted originator, Macguru. Otherwise, use your best judgment.

this is my guess

In 1891, Samuel O'Riely patented the first electric tattooing machine. It was based on Edison's electric pen which punctured paper with a needle point. The basic design with moving coils, a tube and a needle bar, are the components of today's tattoo gun.

Let me add,
It was way too easy after jatar_k answer, that is why I kind of feel bad for winning it. But that is the way the gizmo goes - dropping hints is very dangerous :)
