Need help with M$ Money 2003

I am a big fan of M$ Money software however am having little problem and was wondering if someone can help me out.

I have been using Money 2001 (Business and Personal), and now wanting to switch to Money 2003, however, it requires the use of IE 6.0 and I dont' want to upgrade from 5.5.

Have anyone used Money 2003? is it worth upgrading from 2001?
