Hi Alex! Do you think Shane is bizzare? Shane is not alone, I also live in Canada, love computers, fireworks and of course WebmasterWorld! Alex, please tell us more about Shane. ;)

Welcome and Hello Alex from Vancouver myself, no kids though so I guess that may be why I've never heard of job shadow day.

Alex thanks all of you for the warm welcome. She declines comment on dad. :) (Yes, I still have control over the keyboard! I did offer she could write the reply but she said that she was not to chat with strangers over the internet!?) Oh well, taught well I guess. Cheers, Shane

Hi Alex (hey, we are not all strange) Does that mean, Alex, that you refuse membership to any club that would accept your dad as a member, he, he, he. :)

Hi Alex, glad to have you on board ;) What's 'job shadow day'? We sure don't have that in Denmark... Nick

Hi from New Zealand, Alex :) Nick_W... if it's like the ones we have here.. it's where a kid goes along to work with your parent so you can either be inspired to work harder so you can get the same cool job they have.... or scared out of your wits to work harder so you never end up in the same crummy job they have. I got scared straight ;)

Very funny deejay (Alex did give a good giggle) Nick, it is where a teenager follows you around for a day trying to figure out what you do and if they want to do it as well (or some other job they see someone down the hall doing). My cube mate is now saying Alex should get the true benefit of the experience and do his work..... Chow for now, Shane (&Alex :)

Thanks to all who welcomed Alex. She has nothing to say, that's her story and she is sticking to it. Well, I liked having her around. Cheers All, Shane
