The worst spam of them all Two wrongs don't make a right. lgn msg:321614 12:53 am on Oct 6, 2002 (gmt 0) Lately, I have been getting pop up windows from a company that promises to eliminate pop up windows.
And if that isn't bad enough, now im getting email spam from companies, selling email spam filtering software.
Guess what companies I will never buy pop-up window eliminators, or email filtering software from.

It is a pretty good thing (from their marketing point of view) you get spamm and get mad...looking for some way to get rid of it...then in yur rage you angrily look at the title of the email. Wonder what percentage of people would be qurious enough to take a peek. ggrot msg:321616 4:18 am on Oct 6, 2002 (gmt 0)

Sure, if ticking your potential customers off makes good business sense. It has never worked in the past, but it's cost free and easy. Thats why they do it.
