How do we get 'punished' for duplicate content? Only through a worse SERP or there is something additional in the smart pricing mechanism?
PS: its all about legal duplicate content like bought newsfeeds, etc.

I'm talking of legal duplicate content. Pay per use, newsfeeds ,etc. Where is in the ToS something about ban from Adsense?

This is a question only Google can answer but I'm sure they won't ban you for having duplicate content. But it may hurt your SE rankings.

Only through a worse SERP. No additional algo to cut your earnings because of permitted dublicate content.
