They must be doing accounts in stages as ours still show no change.

Nothing to worry about, folks. This is just the natural progression of smart pricing at work. Seems that even though people were clicking on ads, nobody was buying anything, so smart pricing kicked into overdrive and reduced everything to ZERO. Don't worry, word has it that it will remain this way until either a. George Bush actully does SOEMTHING to reduce the budget deficit; b. The British elections are over and Blair wins (all voting machines automatically calibrated to produce this result, like in the US); c. Hell freezes over.

Try checking your stats from "yesterday". Mine are updated, i.e., different from "this month." They still suck, but that's another story.

My stats for yesterday just updated. Nothing for today yet. I was so relieved to see this forum this morning. I added a new site this week and my first thought on seeing the stats grind to a halt yesterday was that Google found something wrong with the new site.

The stats seem to be back online. But looks like I've only got 14 impressions recorded all day!

Stats are frozen no news about that. I read in the forum speculations that the problem may be related to the launching of Google accelerator. Just in case, I don't know if google accelerator caches G ads or not, but turned on the option "Don't accelerate this site" for my website, just to prevent the accelerator doing invalid clicks. I recomend publishers beta testing the accelerator doing the same. I asked google support about this and the freezing also, but it will be long fixed (I hope) when I get a reply in 3-4 days.

Q: How hard is it for Google to send an email out to publishers telling them that the stats are going to be down for some time? A: Not hard and I am sure that it would not eat into their profits.

Just saw they updated yesterday's stats. CPM and EPC look normal but the impressions are down by 20%. Wondering..Could it be due to the fact that I use AdWords to drive part of the traffic and it was down/slow for AW too yesterday?

I got it guys. This is the cure on our Adsense addiction. Now stat will be renewed only one time a day. What we will get: 1. Lots of time to improve our sites 2. It would be harder to cheat and tweat. 3. It would be easier for big G to cut bigger piece of a pie. :)
