What Google means by "Page impressions" is actually ad block impressions. If you have 2 ad blocks on a page, then your "page impressions" will double. Your web stats *will* differ from what Google says because of this. I got confused by that one at first.

But also, as someone else pointed out, there is ad blocking software out there that is blocking adsense ads by default. EVO

And numerous blind to javascript bots may be grabbing your pages too. They won't call for the js.

Yep, that's a point; if it's a new site, your biggest user is probably Google.
