I don't think Google really announced the referral program. That's why it was not linked to from anywhere on their site. You almost had to find out about the link from a webmaster forum or something similar. I only found one news story about it, so it seems to be just leaked information. It probably would help if they edited the text on the Application page to say that the program is by Invitation Only. They probably didn't expect anybody else besides people they invited to see the form.

Has any WW member here gotten an invitation? As I know there isn't any mention from a lucky member so far. Maybe the invitation hasn't been sent.

Heh heh. People here are complaining that they can't get into the program, while in other threads people are complaining about the program not being "fair". Funny.
