FYI, that kind of variance is pretty normal for adsense.

The number of impressions is so small that daily variations will occur. However this is perfectly normal. If you had tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of impressions the amount of clicks would be more smoothed out. Also your CTR seems low. Have you considered borderless ads, changing the position on the page, or different sizes of ads?

Welcome to WW. Maybe Thursday's figures are the norm and you got unusually lucky on Wednesday. I don't see you complaining about Wednesday's figures ;)

There are a whole range of factors... Time of day Day of the week Value of the ad IPs that visited How often those IPs visited Did they convert? which are just a few... Take what you can get :)
