I've stopped looking at day to day fluctuations, but here's some data that is worrying:
Apr 2004 : X clicks = Y dollars Oct 2004 : X * 1.7 clicks = Y * 0.9 dollars
I did not pick the worst months, this is a trend that is slowly but surely declining. In a world where the # of unique visitors to your site has a direct bearing on the bottom line, this means we are working nearly twice as hard to get the same results.
