yep, I have it. Also there is something messed up in adsense control panel. BTW Mozilla Firefox showing all the ads just fine.

Well, I'm getting PSA's only on my Home Page for 3 weeks now :( But other pages are fine. Also there was a blackout in AdSense yesterday - I couldn't see any of my ads at all in IE and MyIE/Maxthon.

It's happening again - IE doesn't show the AdSense ads and I can see them just fine in Mozilla.

I get only PSA's as well on my main site, forums etc. is ok...i wrote google about it, here's the answer: "Thank you for following up with us. It appears that you are getting public service ads because of geo-targeting issues. Specifically, because you are
