Viewing Adsense from a different country

 12:29 pm on Jul 22, 2004 (gmt 0)

Is there a way to see the ads served when someone in another country visits your site? i.e. If a surfer from France visits my site, what do they see for ads? Do visitors from various countries get the same ads served that I see here in the US?

Sticky me your site and I'll tell you what I see ..

The other way would be to use a good proxy ..

You can use this tool :

I just want to second Kendo's advice. I downloaded the tool a couple of days ago and it is pretty good at showing the ads that are shown in the pages.

Thanks. The preview tools seems to work well.

I have a US site that receives traffic from many countries in Europe and I now know most of these countries are not served ads. The preview tools states 'no ads available' for many countries and this explains the low or non existant CTR.

France is one in particular not showing ads, if I host a French version of my site, will ads show?

>Added: I also notice that sites that have been running Adsense for a long time seem to have pretty good ads for European countries. Maybe it takes some time for additional countries to be added?

We run a French website and the French ads show up.
