is it allowed to click on AdSense banners on not-mine web site?
... assuming I have AdSense too on my web site?

On my site I have adsense banners;

Question: can I click on adsense banners on other, not-mine, web site that also runs adsense? (in case I will notice there something interesting for me)

or will Google track me back through IP and google will consider these clicks as fraudulant and will kill me (my AdSense account)?

I repeat: google should have technical solution to prevent fraudualnt accusations - so that people could click 100 times and it would be not charged to AdWords advertisers and not transfered to the publisher...

If you are legitimately clicking on an ad that you are interested in, I can't see why Google would mind. After all, that's what all of the "normal" users do.

Why not follow other publishers' suggestion (in the old thread, probably from Google) instead of spending time to locate the other site including the same ads shown on your site?

Simply: point to the interested ads (even unnecessary for skyscraper because you could see it) --> get URL --> directly access it in new brower with the URL.
