Hey peoples,

ive been visiting this forum for the best part of a year but have yet to post - i usually find what im looking for then get lost.

Firstly can I just say that the members GoogleGuy, Jenstar, lazerzubb, vitaplease and heini do a great job in making this forum great.

Secondly I was wondering if it is possible to change the font in the google adsense 'ads' from arial(?) to something else.

If not, I think it would be a good idea if, in the admin control panel, you could specify the font and color(s) of your ads aswell as the size.

I might post here more often ;)

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com], crookyboy, and thank you :)

The AdSense policies state:
The AdSense ad code must be pasted, without modification, into websites.

There have been other discussions on altering the appearance (ie. background color, etc) and I think everyone mostly agreed it would be a quick way to get the dreaded email from AdSense. I am not even sure if there is a way to alter it using css, since I am by no means an expert on css.

AdSense might offer a wider variety of ways to display their ads in the future, which will give more flexibility to publishers, and to allow the ads to match each individual site in style.

Thanks mate,

I thought as much - it would be cool if they did allow customisation in the admin control panel.

I dont want the dreaded email therefore I wont hack into the javascript code :)

Thanks again
