| rules here at webmaster world is not to specificaly talk about your clicks, views, ecpm, earnings, |
| Huh? You can discuss your earnings, you're just not supposed to give specifics about the other stats and that's GOOGLE'S rules, NOT the rules of WebmasterWorld. If you want to be a premium publisher I would suggest you first learn the rules of the regular AdSense publisher agreement or you won't last long.

I don't understand. If you are making that much by being a publisher for Google, why not direct those clicks to your own aff program or cut a deal with the merchants? you can make ten times as much?

| Only if the referrals convert into sales.

I don't wanna brag about anything, but with 250,000 impressions I make same money as you with 10 million impressions |
| Yes, and someone else probably makes more than you do with fewer than 250,000 impressions. So what? |

And for of those tempted to "brag" about their earnings and page views. I would like to remind you that it is clearly against the TOS of Adsense: | Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose Google Confidential Information without Google's prior written consent. "Google Confidential Information" includes without limitation: (a) all Google software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation relating to the Program; (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Site performance in the Program provided to You by Google; and (c) any other information designated in writing by Google as "Confidential" or an equivalent designation. However, You may accurately disclose the amount of Google’s gross payments to You pursuant to the Program. |
| It's better to talk in the "hypothetical" than to start talking about your actual site stats. You might win the mine's bigger than your's argument and lose your account at the same time.

The Adsense TOS do certainly not prohibit me from talking about my pageviews because it is not an Adsense related number, nor is that information specifically provided by Google. According to my ISP stats I had about 1500 pageviews yesterday, with or without Adsense. My Adsense earnings were about $25. I can't help it if you are able to derive ECPM from that;-)

Let's make this long and at the end simple. ---adsense stats no no no specific details no no no--- As far as im concirned I said specifically usualy this mean's that I'm not saying you can't talk about them I'm just saying it wouldn't be a very wise option to give out exact figures from a copy and paste now would it guys?... for those who breath down at me and the moderator who swollwed a fly and chocked all over my post.. skip reading leads to incorrect contradictions (maybe you should try understanding the word specifically try google which will bring you a nice result of "specifics Distinct items or details; particulars."). ---repeat visitors--- And kudo to the people who back-up the fact that re-peat visitors are important, therefor if your steady page hits at around 400k a day over 600$ ... and you see the same usual visitors online then there can only be one suggest, get more visitors + increase the addictivity of the site in order to keep them coming back... like profile customisation, being found by others to recieve nice little e-mails saying "lets meet up".... and so on. ---the problem--- What I'd like to know is how to increase traffic, I've tried adbrite, adwords, SEO optimisation, group directories, etc etc... nothing is paying off... would love a very powerful method of getting my site known worldwide online. ---some information--- Niche: community based social-network Visitor Freq.: 300-400 concurrent users online+ in Busiest Hours: 7-11PM GMT. New Registrations Daily: 400+ ---help appreciated in--- increase traffic (free/cost), website addiction (how to make them come back for more), anything else related.

I only have little experience with offline advertising. But if your site is into social networking, you might consider advertising in offline magazines targeted at people who are familiar with the Internet and who are looking for new friends or a job. There must be thousands of mags out there that fit that kind of profile.

| If you have something special, you don't have to tell people, they will link to it and spread the word for you and it will spread like wildfire. I assume that's not the case, hence the post, which means SEO and advertising are your remaining options.
