PIP will probably be tomorrow.

Why?

Check your payment history. Since April of 2005, the first month of every new quarter has had Payment on the 26th. At least that's the way it's been for me.

It was different in 2003 and 2004 but that's the way it's been since last spring.

I've been with Adsense for over 2 years. This is the latest I have ever seen a payment take to happen. What gives?

It will happen on the 26th based on their normal time frame.

My payment was never on the 25th, never. And I've been with Adsense for almost 13 months now.

I'm getting tired of Google and its staff of enthusiastic amateurs.

Still no PIP.

You'd expect this level of professionalism from Wikipedia or DMOZ, not a publically quoted company.

According to the Account History page, "If your account balance reaches US $100 in any month, we'll send your payment before the end of the following month."

It's not the end of the month yet, so quit your crying.

The country that I live in has just recently been eligible for direct deposit. How long does it usually take for monthly payments to hit a bank account?

Theres a whole thread of people here Mike, half of them don't have PIP yet. The clue is in the title "No Payment in Progress Yet".

Perhaps you might start a thread of your own, for happy people.

Henny Penny, the sky is falling.

Woo, hoo, if Google gets the money into my account by the 1st (Monday), I will still like them.

Do they have the right to make extra profits on interest. Sure they do.

You want real corporate villians? Think Exxon-Mobil handling your online ad account. The wording of their contract would be "we'll pay you when and if we feel like it."

I hear the Devil is also a pretty bad dude to do business with but the fact that there are worse than Google does not really make those waiting feel any better. It is true that so long as they pay by the end of the month then they are not doing so bad but a little consistency with this wouldnt be a bad thing.

It is a bank holiday in the UK on Monday, so even if PIP for UK EFT starts today, the money won't arrive until 2nd May. If it starts tomorrow, it'll be 3rd May.

Time to look at the cash flow position, perhaps.

People who complain about Google's payments have never sat at an accounts receivable desk. I think Google's performance with my account has been stellar.

Granted there may be complications internationally, but if Google were at fault the problems would show up in their US payments too.

People who know me know I'm not afraid to criticize Google when criticism is due.

I agree with Andrea ( I have a sat behind and accountants desk ;)

I also know that once you start a consistant schedule of payment for people it can cause questions if it varies by a day or two ( scheduled payments have appeared on the 24th of every month for a while now).
People start to worry as they are also anticipating this payment by a certain date to pay others...the domino effect has begun.

We do need to cut Google some slack though...I have never received a payment after the 1st of any month and I have been with them since the beginning. It will be here...don't worry ;)

PIP, Florida - What's interesting though is that this is the 2nd month (if I'm not mistaken) that cheque payees have not had a headstart on EFT payees, as was the norm until recently.
