While not pretending that I competely understand eCPM calculations and all the things that affect it, I do know when it's value approaches zero... so do your earnings.
After months of fairly consistant statistics, my eCPM started to dimminish the beginning of this week. At first it was slight but as of today it's down to 5-10% of what it has been for along time.
Traffic is up, impressions are up, CTR is what I've come to expect, the ads are well targeted and look like what I've been serving up in the past. The logs indicate that the visitors are coming from the usual places so... what happened? Is there anything to be done or is this just how it's going to be?
I understand the probability and statistics of what we're doing here, but this is like someone closed the faucet! I've certainly seen other fluctuations before but nothing like this.
