Wow! you actually got enough clicks after only 7 days up to trip a click fraud detector.
5:02 am on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
Unfortunately, once you're banned it's you that is banned -- not just the URL.
Your best bet at this point is to apply to YPN and make sure that you play it safe next time. Because if you strike out with both you're down to waiting for what MSN has in store in a few months.
If you had a site that was just 7 days old with no promotion the only page views were likely internal (hence, the invalid clicks).

We do believe it was a malicious 3rd party, infact i have a good idea who the person was. is it possible to re apply using my company's name( we have been recently incorporated) would this count as a new adsense publisher? Im really, in need of adsense i prijected half my revenue on it! any help
5:12 am on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
Your first mistake was projecting half your revenue off 7 days of AdSense.
I have some very choice words right now, but it is best if I just post then turn my computer off.
Also, you will be banned forever, even if you apply under a company name, they will find out it is you.

but the company isnt owned by the same person who the adsense account was named to! another thing i got an email from google saying i can query their decision, has anyone had any luck on this?

For some reason, I want to mention Alfred Hitchcock and the twilight zone.
6:21 am on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
Sorry you got banned, but it's very unlikely your sister will be able to keep from getting banned in the scenario you describe.
We do believe it was a malicious 3rd party, infact i have a good idea who the person was.
Every time someone gets banned it's because some competitor tried to get them kicked out, even though it's a huge risk and they don't really stand to gain anything by doing so. Personally I never let any third party access my website. Yes, I'm being sarcastic. Or ironic maybe, I'm not sure which.

You guys are SO not supportive. Yes, this is probably the 5,000th “I have been banned from Adsense” thread in the past 6 months but help the poor guy out. :-)
Sorry to hear for your lost. Unfortunately, Google is pretty tough when it comes to reinstating people back into their program. But if you have the option to appeal then by all means do so.
It wasn’t wise to count so heavily on Google, but we all make mistakes.
Wish you the best.

Thank you very much! but about my sister, do you believe she will be approved, or shud I tell her to use another computer system?
6:49 am on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
I was quite serious when I said that your sister would probably get banned. She may get accepted, but it probably won't take her long to be banned if her business is in any way related to yours. Getting banned for being connected to a previously banned account is quite common.

Sorry to hear that your AdSense account was disabled because of invalid clicks. Please remember, that invalid clicks are more than clicks by you, or staff members. Invalid clicks could also be clicks on ads that were displayed on web pages that did not contain enough content for example. In that way a user is more or less forced to click on the ads because there is no other way out. Clicking on an ad in such a situation is called invalid, because it was not the primary user decision to view the website behind the ad.
You mentioned that your site was only seven days old. Does this indicate that many pages were still under construction but probably already showed ads?

Thank you very much! but about my sister
You have screwed up Your life.
Let Your sister out of the disaster.
Dont bring a life time AdSense ban also to Your inocent family members.

I have a suggestion to itropica. SHUT UP. You're OUT. Thats it.
4:15 pm on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
itropica in the "adsense millionaires" tread:
i've projected 50,000 visitors a day to my site for this year, pretty sure we will get there too! can i make a mllion?
itropica in this thread:
My site was 7 days old at the time and i did little to no kind of promotion
no further comment on this, just ROFL
sorry, can't stand it..

but help the poor guy out
I'm sorry but once booted you have to beg and plead with Google, nothing we can do.
It's sort of like a budding chemist that blows himself up playing with nitroglycerin trying to ask the professor for help after he's already a stain.
5:02 pm on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
once you are banned, that's it.
Don't even try to be reinstated, your chances are 1 in a 100.
10:57 pm on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
what is the point of being mean and naasty? does it make your life better? im just asking for help. Thanks alot
11:14 pm on Feb 7, 2006 (gmt 0)
Itropica the best thing to do is try to work it out with Google.
I apologize for people being rude to you.
