On my forums, I have a 720x90 banner on the header. Am I allowed to place another (one) banner on certain topics that'll show once per page? I'm just putting it ONLY on the first post in the topics. The reason is because these topics have more views than others. Thanks in advance.

You are allowed three regular ads, 1 Adlinks ad, 1 search box, a Firefox referral ad and a Google Adsense referral ad (from what I remember) - but no more than that (or Google explodes :P ;) - and anyway you've got to have *some* content on the page.

What kind of download videos? Better be legal stuff. Google will ban you for doing anything with illegal downloads. Just fyi.
