writing an article on a keyword that is unfavorable
Will you still get clicks?

What if you have a good keyword (defined by many searches, not much organic competition, but a decent number of sites running PPC campaigns) but the keyword is something you would not recommend?
You write an article basically saying you would not recommend "widgety widgets" because of the following facts…blah blah blah..
Adsense serves up "widgety widgets" ads. Will you get clicks? Is it best to avoid this keyword altogether? Or should you write this article just for the traffic and not run adsense? Any other ideas?

While you may be an expert in widgety widgets, who is to say your opinion is authoritative? I might read your article on the negative aspects then see an ad for how great widgety wigets are and decide to click through to read it. That way I can see both sides of the argument and come to my own conclusions - and you are 1 click richer! Keep the ads :)
