I got a recording:
We're sorry. Due to the high volume of calls from AdSense publishers, we're only accepting calls on an emergency basis. Further, we've implemented an automated system to direct your calls to the correct department.
If you are an AdSense publisher, press 1.
If you are obsessive compulsive, press 2 repeatedly.
If you are paranoid, don't press anything, we know who you are.
If you have multiple personality disorder, please press 3, 4 and 5.
If you are all of the above, you are a completely normal AdSense publisher. Goodbye.
If you are still on the line, please hold.

that is so unfair, I got nothing so far and I've been with them since April.
9:36 pm on Dec 19, 2005 (gmt 0)
Don't worry, I'm with AdSense for two years and I got nothing (except nice check every month) ;-)
9:47 pm on Dec 19, 2005 (gmt 0)
It's good to know I'm a normal Adsense publisher. Thanks for clarifying RonS. But I still like to know...

Beep, beep, beep.

Got mine today .... its the 64mb flash drive pack though. I make average $2000 a month on Adsense, but have had two $5000 months, then the website got banned from the index (just coincidence? .. hmmmmm ... I don't think so)and never recovered.

some observation points
1) there are still 4 working days until christmas so don't worry yet
2) i doubt whether there is any delivery system that they use ( once you are inside the qualifying list)other than registration numbers on their google PCs...not country, not amount earned, not length of time etc
3) i should imagine they are frantically trying to post everything through fed ex etc at the last minute because that is human nature but even google can't package up and deliver every single box to every publisher/advertiser on the same day
4) those of you who got 64 mb usb sticks and no headphones were just unlucky, i think they just take what they can from their suppliers and package them up as fast as they can...i doubt it was based on any criteria..probably just a dipstick elf in the google toy department.
5) stop combing the neighbourhood looking for it and giving your neighbour suspicious looks because you wnet out for ten minutes...believe me, when you give up and stop looking, it will arrive :)
6) Remember the postal service in all countries are notoriously unreliable at this time of year...i got my mood clock on january 4th

[qoute]i think they just take what they can from their suppliers and package them up[/quote]
Maybe, but I kinda doubt it...
A premium publisher I know got something completely different which I won't mention just in case they sent different things to different premium publishers so I don't "out" them.

I've been ad AdWords advertiser and an AdSense publisher since both programs were launched. I got a little Google gift (a date book or something like that) about two or three years ago and have never received anything since. I would be surprised if anything arrived this year.
11:35 pm on Dec 19, 2005 (gmt 0)
yeah.. premium publishers got Corvettes.. so what? That's SO 2004..

Finally got our 128M/headphones/wireless mouse (including batteries) gift in Southern Nevada. Thanks G! Very useful since I just got a new Thinkpad last month that we use to make sure our website is still up when we go out of town. Never fails until we go on vacation or a tradeshow...
Suggestion for next year: a year of Free moibile WiFi :)
Actually it came last Wed according to the Fedex tracking log (we just don't pick up the biz mail that often):
Dec 14, 2005 2:00 PM Delivered ------, NV
Dec 12, 2005 1:46 PM Picked up SAN JOSE, CA
Dec 2, 2005 3:19 PM Package data transmitted to FedEx
For the record:
Joined Nov 2004, no 2004 gift.
Business TIN/EIN number listed.
UPS club most months since March 2004.
Never an Adwords user.
My guess: they base the gift type, like our co. does, on the amount made from the customer over the last year whether adwords or Adsense or combo.
0 - $ - card
$ - $$ - lesser gift
$$ - $$$ - better gift
$$$+ - best gift
(Ooh, please give us a hint (size, $value) IncrediBill so we know what we have to aspire to NEXT year! :)

I've joined the DHL club. Keeping mine boxed - in 40 years people will gaze at it through a plate glass display in the museum of the Early Primitive Internet [1990 - 2015].

Google gave me a new F430 Spider, anyone other premium publishers get it?
1:22 am on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
Uh-oh! watch out the mouse recharging cord is booby trapped! The second time I stretched it out to plug it in, the spring mechanism exploded in all directions and I lost one of the black plastic side pieces in my office (which if you've seen my office means it's gone for at least a decade.) Ironically the screw went nowhere. Make sure that little tiny screw on the side is good and tight!

Still nothing here in Connecticut. :(

I doubt it cost more then $150 but I could be wrong. It just wasn't the Mission Impossible laptop collection of retractable and wireless USB toys is all.

Last year, I had given up all hope of receiving a gift... and then it came. I may have been the last person to get the radio, it was so late. So chill.
7:35 am on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
I wanna gift.....
9:50 am on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
No kidding. Everything that comes in the case is on my christmas list, since I'm working abroad right now from my laptop. Oh well. Motivation to make more!

Send me a check, quit sending me this capola.
I'm a Porshe Carrera GT type of guy, I don't won't your junk!
Send me a brand new Porshe Carrera GT (in my colors) or don't send me anything but a check!
I make lots of money for you, and you reward me with cheap gifts!
Scrap all the gifts until you can do it right. Even then I have my doubts, so just give us the money that we will spend better than you!
11:53 am on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
I'd like the gift and am still hopeful to get it this year.
Anyway I wouldn't want to have a Porsche.
12:16 pm on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
Yup, mine didn't arrive till long after Christmas in January. And since I haven't received anything yet, this year will likely be the same...
2:29 pm on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
Send me a brand new Porshe Carrera GT (in my colors) or don't send me anything
I'd rather have the mouse/usb goodies gift. It's much safer. The Porche would eventually kill me.
2:31 pm on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
I doubt if publishers in India or Far East get it as the shipping cost will be more than the cost of gift. Last year G send the radio via DHL.
3:19 pm on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
Just got mine (and a travel blanket from Yahoo). google's rocks!
4:29 pm on Dec 20, 2005 (gmt 0)
I am in the UK and received the Laptop, ehhmmm mobile gear today (DHL Express from San Jose), I wished they did not include the invoice with the price, apart from that a nice PR to make sure we don't switch to yahoo, but I am not bitter!
By the way, I have an account with adwards but only use it occasionally, adsense 30-40k / year (to share amongst few colleagues) please delete after few hours the earnings bit and hope it's not cached :(.
Aparantly GoogleGuy is not allowed one, he's an employee...Joke!

Surprise, surprise. Google must like me this year. Mine just arrived in the northeast US via FedEx.

Just got mine here in the Northeast. Average between $1000-1500 a month
