Does AdSense has a tracking problem, too?

I don't want to lose confidence in big G tracking adsense revenues correctly, but:

we'have on highly trafficed page with three adunits each with it's own adsense channel to optimize layouts.

AdUnites Nr 1) and Nr 3) - regarding the postion in the html code - show basicly the same PageImpressions per Week. It's about the amount you would expect from the server logfile.

But Nr 2) shows EXACTLY double the amount of PIs (with a 50%lower CTR accordingly). That's aggregated data for all of november.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

P.S We'have a related problem where a long running channel dropped by 90% within a day (during the Google Analytics hickup)and never regained.

Definitely problems recording the way they display Aggregate data.

If I view all channels everything's fine. If I look at aggregate my page impressions are doubled and CTR etc halved. This started around the 10th November for me.

A real pain - wasted a lot of time, and disappointed to find that my traffic hadn't doubled :(

yep my channels do the same, one site sticks out ALL the time, 2 ad units (always enough ads to fill them) but each channel has MOSTLY different figures!
