I don't want to lose confidence in big G tracking adsense revenues correctly, but:

we'have on highly trafficed page with three adunits each with it's own adsense channel to optimize layouts.

AdUnites Nr 1) and Nr 3) - regarding the postion in the html code - show basicly the same PageImpressions per Week. It's about the amount you would expect from the server logfile.

But Nr 2) shows EXACTLY double the amount of PIs (with a 50%lower CTR accordingly). That's aggregated data for all of november.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

P.S We'have a related problem where a long running channel dropped by 90% within a day (during the Google Analytics hickup)and never regained.
