Mine Too,

Same amount of traffic but twice less the amount of impressions.

I'm getting $0.03 clicks for the first time ever.. 1/3 to 1/4 my site's norm. Earnings way down since Halloween. Could be the end of AS on my site as Chitika is taking off better than AS ever did.

I think you're all talking about totally different things. (Although I doubt I'll ever understand what "twice less" the amount of impressions works out to.)

yfzcentral, if you mean your eCPM dropped, that's quite usual and you should just sit tight and monitor long-term patterns. If you're saying that actual dollars you earned as of this morning evaporated, that's not usual.

yfzcentral, how do your earnings look for November to date compared to the same period in 2004? I've about tripled my earnings.

Keep in mind that it is a holiday weekend in the US (for many people). This is bouond to cause a significant dip in traffic for most sites.

It's not a matter of traffic, my EPC and CPM are all down. Traffic is pretty much average.

My earnings had been less than 50% the usual the last 2-3 days. Guess its because of a Veteran's day weekend?

You think Veterans Day weekend was slow... Wait until Thanksgiving weekend in 2 weeks!

Turning point Wednesday.

After frustrating low eCPM all November until Tuesday, eCPM raised back in the October range.

This Saturday seems to end with 40% more earnings than last Saturday.

Same number of page impressions, earnings see-sawing wildly over the past two weeks. Will look in this sub-forum to find out why (?)

Same here, down by 40%. I guess advertirs lowered their bid per click for the holiday weekend.

k im lost...

I go into my reports, view "This Month, by day" and I get a total account balance of X. If i view them by "This month, by day and channel" then I get a account balance total of x/.5

strange

Why do people always compare revenue from last year and this year? Shouldn't you only compare the eCPM? I mean your sites don't grow? Confused..

Becuse the channel stats are added up to your URL channel stats.

yfz

An example

if you have one site and split it into 2 channels to monitor, then the total (if both channels had 50% each) would be double the daily earnings when checking channels.

wheelie34, it appears double when u have URL channels and other channels setup simultaniously.

dzcap, we're going OT since the original poster has explained he was confused about the way channels add up.

But, FWIW, my site does grow, but slowly. I tend to jump into threads where people are posting about short-term changes and tell them to look back and make comparisons to larger periods of time because I've been in AdSense for two years now and I've learned that there is a LOT of day-to-day fluctuation. You have to look at long-term trends. And when I do that, I see that I'm making more per click than last year, have slightly more traffic, and better CTR. Everything is up, and so are earnings....

Ive had an 79.68% drop in earnings and a 61% CTR drop (over the last 6 days) I think my adsense rollercoaster just crashed :( ,but looking on the bright side things can only go up.

I have been getting $0.01 clicks for a few days now. Is that 70% of something?
