I am still testing it, after I get next month's payment, I might put all inventory to YPN.

I have a few sites on YPN now and as of yesterday it is outperforming adsense significantly for me...How sustainable it will be is yet to be determined but I am definitely going to experiment between the two networks...

Realistically there are at least 3 networks that work. Chit, YPN and AS. They work better on different sites. You'll probably want to mix it up and not switch entirely to any one of them on all your pages. There might be some others that work well too. Haven't personally tested others.

I just started mixing YPN, later will mix chitika also.

Yes, I am also doing a mix of YPN, AS and Chitika...So far my adsense income has not been affected and my overall income has been going up...For some sites I am using YPN as the alternate ad url for Adsense...For others I have replaced AS completely...

That seems to be the direction many of us. You can use PHPAdsNew also to serve either YPN, Chitika, or Google.
Next I plan on checking referrers, and then serving an ad from the appropriate ad network to see it increases overall earnings.

How can I sign up for YPN? Is it open to the public yet?

Apply on their site. It is in beta. They don't let everyone in.
BTW, they pay about 4-5X more than G per click for me. But CTR is lower. I think I figured out part of the reason. Are they not including clicks from international?
Do you think it's feasible to detect in real time where a user's IP is from and display a google ad or Chit internationally?
Anyone have ideas on how to achieve this?
